These are the terms for using Krafitt. Using the app means you accept them.
What Krafitt is
A free, public-source tool for writing gym routines and logging the sets you actually do. The source is public at github.com/mriverre8/krafitt.
It is maintained by one person in their own time. It is not a company, not a product with a support contract, and not something you should treat as mission-critical.
Krafitt is not a coach and not a doctor
The app records numbers you type. It does not prescribe training, judge whether a load is safe for you, or know anything about your health. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy or personal training, and nothing in it should be read as any of those.
Lifting weights carries risk of injury. You train at your own risk. If you have any doubt about whether a session is appropriate for you, talk to a doctor or a qualified coach before doing it.
Your account
You need an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change it and tell me at krafitt@gmail.com.
One account per person. Do not sign up with someone else's email.
Your content
The routines and logs you write stay yours. Krafitt claims no ownership of them and does not publish, sell or share them. You grant only what is needed to run the service: storing your data and showing it back to you.
Do not use the free-text fields — routine names, day names, exercise names, techniques — for anything unlawful, abusive or infringing.
Availability
Krafitt is offered as it is, with no guarantee that it will be up, correct, or around next year. It can be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. If the app were to shut down, reasonable notice would be given so you could export or copy your data.
Back up anything you cannot afford to lose. The app is not a system of record.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for injury, lost training data, lost time, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from using Krafitt. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending it
You can stop using Krafitt at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the privacy policy). Access can be suspended or removed if these terms are broken, or if an account is being used to attack or abuse the service.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over the developer's residence, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to bring the case where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the new version.
